Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. (B&A) seeks a Senior Intelligence Team Lead for the IPRC to guide contractor teams and deliver advanced intelligence analysis for the DIA.

The role demands strategic oversight, cross-functional coordination, and deep domain expertise in all-source intelligence and regional security matters. Expected start in 2027 with a multi-year contract, requiring TS/SCI with Poly and a strong academic background in intelligence, security, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s with 17+ years.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the management and technical lead for contractor personnel supporting the IPRC.
• Provide senior-level expertise supporting regional strategic all-source analysis, political/military analysis, military capabilities, transnational threats, and analytic-enabling support.
• Complete complicated or complex tasks independently within the assigned IIC/Office mission area.
• Lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to the IIC/Office.
• Coordinate with the overall Task Order Program Manager on technical efforts and task order performance.
