Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Intelligence Team Lead – EERC to support the Defense Intelligence Agency. The role requires leading contractor personnel and delivering senior-level all-source analysis across the Europe Eurasia Regional Center scope.

The position requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s with extensive relevant experience, active TS/SCI with Poly, and willingness to travel. Salary ranges reflect market for NCR region.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s with 17+ years.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly (adjudicated within the last 5 years) is required.
• Experience leading intelligence teams and all-source analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the management and technical lead for contractor personnel supporting the EERC.
• Provide senior-level expertise supporting regional strategic all-source analysis, political/military analysis, and analytic-enabling support.
• Complete complicated or complex tasks independently within the assigned IIC/Office mission area.
• Lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to the IIC/Office.
• Coordinate with the overall Task Order Program Manager on technical efforts and task order performance.
