Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Intelligence Targeting Analyst to support United States Special Operations Command CENTRAL (USSOCCENT), primarily located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities

1. Develops targets and target systems for joint lethal and / or nonlethal engagements. Develops target nominations, creates database records, and databases target intelligence products.
2. Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements.
3. Conducts collateral damage estimation, performs target list management, target strategy development, and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.
4. Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
5. Provides database nominations, creates and updates database and uploads TMs into databases.

Required Qualifications/skills

• Minimum of a master’s degree
• Minimum of 12 or more years of intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with SOCCENT SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
• At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
• Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current intelligence analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
• Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of intelligence tools.
• 3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
• Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.
• Minimum of three (3) years targeting experience within previous five (5) years.
• Advanced HVI/Network targeting methodology knowledge/understanding, nodal analysis, and ability to fully utilize the F3EAD targeting process.
• Highly proficient in utilizing current applications and intelligence related automation to support target development, analytical efforts, and product development.
• Excellent briefing skills and experience in directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
• Experience in the following analytical areas: CT, Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis.
• Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is required
• Security Clearance: Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
