S2Technologies LLC in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking an Intelligence Support Engineer - Senior to provide direct support to SOF and Joint Intelligence activities. The role requires deep knowledge across HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT, and involves training, integration of advanced intelligence systems, and addressing capability gaps.

You will train end users on mission technologies, brief senior leaders, and lead dispersed FSEs and intelligence teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience communicating intelligence and operational information to senior leaders.
• 8+ years of experience managing FSEs and teams geographically dispersed.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Analyst Notebook, M3 or similar tools (Catapult, Palantir, FADE).
• Demonstrated ability to train and support SOF personnel on intelligence systems.
• Experience briefing and communicating complex intelligence to senior leaders.
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility required.

Responsabilités

• Provide intelligence analysis support leveraging HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and all-source intelligence.
• Apply understanding of SOCOM and Joint Staff intelligence cycles and integration.
• Train end users on SOF Programs of Record and mission technologies.
• Develop customized training courses based on unit needs.
• Integrate new capabilities into host unit intelligence production processes.
• Provide briefings to senior leaders and support mission planning.
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and supported units.
• Contribute to sustainment of software capabilities for intelligence missions.
