Job summary

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is part of the Department of Homeland Security and houses the Office of Intelligence in Washington, DC.

CBP seeks candidates who can leverage FMV, GEOINT, SIGINT, and GIS to inform intelligence operations and decision-making across divisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to advance the IE mission and support agency priorities while addressing threats related to terrorism, transnational crime, and cyber and trade enforcement.

Qualifications

• Experience with advanced technical intelligence disciplines (FMV, GEOINT, SIGINT, GIS).
• Ability to collaborate across divisions and IE components to support agency priorities.
• Experience using unique data sets to identify threat activity and indicators.

Responsibilities

• Work with advanced intelligence disciplines to enhance operations and decision-making.
• Collaborate with IE components and stakeholders to advance mission and program cohesion.
• Identify indicators and warnings related to terrorism, transnational crime, and cyber/trade enforcement.
• Analyze directives and policies affecting intelligence programs and advise Executives on IE positions.
• Support threat countermeasures and strategic operational advantages for homeland security.
