Job summary

A defense contracting company is seeking a Senior Collection Manager (Reports Officer) to support USCYBERCOM J2. This role involves processing intelligence reports, maintaining reporting metrics, and advising leadership on policy developments. Candidates should possess extensive experience in intelligence collection management, with a master's degree or significant related experience. Active TS/SCI clearance is required. Qualifications

• Graduate of an in-residence DoD / IC collection management course.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with master's degree.
• Minimum of 17 years of relevant experience with bachelor's degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support processing and publishing of intelligence information reports.
• Track J2X reporting metrics and present briefings.
• Advise senior leaders on policy developments.
• Establish and support standard operating procedures.
• Develop training material for reports officer.
