Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Collection Manager (Reports Officer) to support USCYBERCOM J2 mission at Fort Meade. You will oversee the lifecycle of intelligence reporting, ensure accuracy of formatting, and enforce compliance and oversight policies.

This role demands experience in handling sensitive data and coordinating with senior leaders. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of intelligence operations, strong communications skills, and the ability to implement SOPs and training

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in collection management or related labor category, with recent work preferred.
• Master's degree in a related field or Bachelor’s with 5+ years senior experience as substitute to Master's.
• Graduate of a DoD/IC collection management or desk officer course.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, coordinate, and submit raw intelligence reports for release with full compliance.
• Track and present formal intelligence reporting metrics to command leadership.
• Maintain SOPs for intelligence collection, reporting, and source management.
• Develop training materials for reports officer professional development.
• Apply intelligence collection systems to support dissemination of intelligence reporting.
