Job summary

BTS is seeking an Intelligence Planner to support strategic operations from the Colorado Springs, CO area. You will draft, review, and edit key reports and regulations to ensure policy compliance, and participate in SOP development and high‑level briefings.

The role requires extensive intelligence planning experience and a TS/SCI clearance. Primary location is Colorado Springs, CO, with a pay range of $125,000 to $140,000 per year and full‑time employment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of specialized education, training and experience related to intelligence planning.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews, and edits various reports, publications, regulations, and strategic communications for compliance with policies and directives.
• Assist with the development and modification of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participate in various counsels, working groups, meetings, and briefings relative to operations, training, and professional development.
• Coordinate schedules and accommodation; escort visitors; ensure clearances are sent and received; prepare required materials (read‑ahead, briefings, etc.) prior to events.
• Consolidate and compile input for various data calls to meet operational objectives.
• Make recommendations during the planning process.
