Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a strategic all-source intelligence analyst.
• Experience with U.S. government all-source analytic production.
• Experience with MIDB or MARS.
• Knowledge of the DoD and wider IC.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables such as complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analysis, or 8+ years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor other analysts through leadership and guidance.
• Develop high-quality written products and client-ready briefings for a range of clients, from tactical to strategic.
