Prescient Edge in Colorado Springs seeks a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to support personnel management, benefits, and compensation for DoD and IC programs. The role requires TS/SCI with a CI poly and a background in space intelligence personnel processes.

You will conduct research on manning requirements, review workforce actions for regulatory compliance, and maintain official records for contract, civilian, and military personnel. On-site position at USSPACECOM HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in the labor category, with recent work.
• Demonstrates proficiency with DIA/ Office of Human Resources processes and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Conducts research for J21 government personnel to develop and execute space intelligence enterprise manning requirements across DoD and IC.
• Assesses the impacts of civilian personnel actions on readiness posture.
• Reviews and reports on J21 workforce activities for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensures official records are maintained for contract, military, and civilian personnel.
• Ensures timelines and due dates for J21 reporting are met daily.
