Job summary

Belcan LLC is seeking a Senior Intel & Ops Domain Support Engineer (SE) to support SOCOM and Joint Staff missions. The role requires deep knowledge of HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and all-source intelligence, with emphasis on training and capability integration across dispersed units.

You will train end users on SOF Programs of Record, develop customized courses, and brief senior leaders on complex operational issues, while aligning with Joint Operational Environments and COP/TDL platforms.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility required.
• Experience communicating intelligence to senior leaders.
• Experience training SOF personnel on intelligence systems.
• Experience with SOCOM/JSC intelligence systems and CP/COP.
• Field support engineering leadership across dispersed units.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence analysis across HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT and all-source.
• Train end users on Programs of Record and mission technologies.
• Develop customized training based on unit needs.
• Integrate new capabilities into intelligence production processes.
• Brief senior leaders and support mission planning.
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and units.
• Ensure sustainment of software capabilities for intelligence missions.
