CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an Intelligence Discipline Lead – Subject Matter Expert to support USSOCOM targeting analysis and comprehensive counter-intelligence operations from Arlington, VA.

The role requires expert-level experience, leadership in analytical efforts, and deep operational knowledge. CGS emphasizes collaboration, professional growth, and delivering tailored government solutions.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of analytical intelligence operations experience in an intelligence task force, NIST, NMJIC, Combatant Command, or equivalent non-DoD environment.
• Five+ years of operational analysis experience in the analytical field.
• Two+ years in a managerial role supporting special operations, including overseas tours with SMU/SOF in an operational environment.
• Advanced knowledge of F3EAD targeting methodology and related intelligence disciplines.
• Experience with the Intelligence Cycle, HVI Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns of Life Analysis, and related fields.
• Proficient application of tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex targeting information.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Perform intelligence operations, coordination, product production, data integration, synchronization, and prioritization of USSOCOM missions and operational objectives
• Possess SME-level knowledge and the ability to communicate with USSOCOM customers and understand training/mission requirements
• Assist USSOCOM Staff to identify prudent COAs, set priorities, train team members, and apply technical knowledge for long-term benefits to USSOCOM operations
