Job summary

PAE Government Services Inc. is seeking a data/knowledge management liaison to support Army G-2, INSCOM, ASCC, COCOM and IC data lifecycles within a theater of operation. You will deconflict data requirements, identify data sources, and enable rapid dissemination of intelligence reporting to Unified Action Partners.

Travel to theater units and training delivery are involved. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, strong communication skills, and experience with DoD/IC interoperability.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data.
• Experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in intelligence sharing or interoperability.
• Ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and reports with text and graphics.
• Experience drafting training materials or curricula per TRADOC/Army standards.
• Instructing and conducting training for military and non-military audiences in multiple U.S. locations.
• Experience in an intelligence DoD/IC environment in the last 2 years.
• Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Deconflict intelligence data requirements for joint theater operations.
• Identify theater multinational C2ISR architectures.
• Enable rapid dissemination of releasable intelligence reporting to partners.
• Identify data gaps and facilitate DCD/Army G2 solutions.
• Identify data sources used by theater analysts and assist in identifying relevant traffic.
• Engage with DoD/IC partners to socialize DCD capabilities and enterprise solutions.
• Promote access/entitlements management apps and best practices for IC COIs.
• Assist organizations with integrating DCD services into intelligence processes.
• Deliver intelligence training via DCD Foundry 'Intelligence Knowledge Management and Content Management' training.
• Acquire daily intelligence from multiple sources and portals.
• Conduct regular research across classified networks and engage with producers.
• Participate in meetings/work groups supporting assigned units.
• Contribute to OPLAN planning with theater intelligence architecture considerations.
• Travel to theater units for exercises or rotations.
• Provide Enterprise Data Management support and data integration best practices.
• Assist MIB(T) with documenting intelligence data flows.
• Explore tools to create/modify data feeds and ingested formats.
• Ensure Program of Record databases exchange information.
• Assist in managing authoritative databases for data exchange and integration.
