Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain SCI CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience (4 years) or associate + 2 years.
• 6+ years of intelligence or related operational experience.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and research capabilities.
• Experience briefing leadership and producing analytical products.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring or training junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical techniques to assess screening operations and mentor junior staff.
• Maintain understanding of laws and regulations affecting interagency screening programs.
• Conduct studies to refine processes and support systems for better outcomes.
• Interpret intelligence data for customer requirements and produce reports for internal and partner agencies.
• Communicate complex findings to executive leadership through briefs and reports.
