Job summary

Spry Methods is seeking an Intelligence Analyst III to support national security and intelligence mission operations within a multi-agency federal environment. This senior role focuses on identity resolution, threat screening, intelligence analysis, and information sharing across the national security and law enforcement community.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain SCI with a CI Polygraph.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in intelligence, national security, or related operational environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or Associate’s + 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and research capabilities.
• Experience briefing leadership and producing analytical products.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical techniques to assess and enhance screening operations; mentor, train, and support junior personnel.
• Maintain understanding of laws, policies, and regulations influencing interagency screening operations.
• Conduct in-depth studies and projects to improve methodologies, structures, and processes.
• Evaluate, interpret, and tailor intelligence data; produce reports and briefings for internal and partner agency use; mentor juniors.
• Communicate complex findings to executive leadership via clear oral and written formats.
