Job summary

Obsidian Solutions Group seeks an Intelligence Analyst III to lead all-source threat analysis for strategic risk, focusing on overseas diplomatic facilities. You will serve as primary interlocutor with client representatives and integrate client requirements into analyst operations.

The role requires a current TS/SCI with eligibility for access, supervisory experience, and the ability to brief senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI with ability to obtain SCI access.
• Federal experience in intelligence analysis or security environments.
• Proven leadership of analyst teams in a medium-sized office.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all-source intelligence analysis of threat environment.
• Applies qualitative and quantitative risk-management methodologies to assess risks to overseas facilities.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop risk-mitigation strategies.
• Coordinates information-collection efforts to improve threat reporting quality.
• Leads the compilation of threat information into periodic reports for operational planning.
• Briefs executive-level leaders and other State Department personnel.
• Develops liaisons across intelligence, law enforcement, and international communities.
• Participates in interagency committees and working groups to protect national security information.
