Job summary

Meta is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Specialized Risk Assessment in Menlo Park, CA. The role leads end-to-end regulatory risk assessments across cross-functional teams including Legal, Policy, Engineering, Product, and Trust & Safety.

You will help design and scale AI-assisted tooling to improve assessment quality, establish scoring frameworks, and present defensible findings to regulators and senior leadership. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in trust & safety, integrity, governance/risk/compliance, regulatory affairs, or related analytical function.
• Analytical writing experience: produce regulatory-grade documents within deadlines and defend conclusions.
• Experience working across Legal, Policy, Engineering, Product, or Compliance teams in tech, regulatory body, or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver multiple concurrent risk assessments, including high-complexity programs requiring cross-functional coordination.
• Scope assessment boundaries, determine methodology, define evidence requirements, and drive cross-functional evidence gathering across Policy, Legal, Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Operations teams.
• Produce defensible risk ratings grounded in regulatory language, internal controls analysis, and evidence.
• Represent the team's analytical positions in engagements with regulators, external auditors, and internal Legal teams.
• Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of AI tools to accelerate team output.
• Communicate assessment findings, risk positions, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and defensibility.
