Job summary

Repsol is seeking a Sr. Integrity Engineer to join the Maintenance & Integrity HUB Team in The Woodlands, TX. The role focuses on implementing integrity strategies, corrosion control, and risk-based inspection for static equipment and pipelines.

Experts will lead RBI-driven inspection programs, be the key user for Synergi Plant and Pipeline, and collaborate across asset teams to optimize maintenance plans and avoid LOPC events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline is required.
Experience with corrosion control methods and inspection of static equipment.
Strong knowledge of RBI and risk-based inspection processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize inspection routines and corrosion control methods for assets.
Ensure inspections align with CMMS and CIMS maintenance strategies.
Lead the implementation of risk-based inspection and international standards like API/ASME/NACE.
Provide technical support for repair strategies and MoC processes.
Analyze integrity and corrosion data to drive improvements.
