Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior Integrity Engineer to drive integrity strategies across onshore and offshore oil & gas assets. You will develop and optimize inspection plans, corrosion control, and monitoring activities within the Maintenance & Integrity Excellence Centre.

The role requires leading risk-based inspection implementations, analyzing corrosion data, and supporting repair strategies and MOC/RCFA processes. Travel to multiple regions is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering.
  • 5–7 years of oil & gas assets experience.
  • Experience in field inspection and corrosion monitoring.
  • Willingness to travel internationally / to different regions.
  • Certifications in API 510/570, AMPP Corrosion Technologist, Cathodic protection technician 2 preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize inspection routines and corrosion control methods for various static equipment assets.
  • Lead the implementation of risk-based inspection strategies based on international standards.
  • Analyse integrity reports and corrosion data to propose improvement actions.
  • Perform integrity assessments for static equipment and pipelines (API and ASME codes).
  • Provide technical support for repair strategy development and MOC/RCFA processes.
