Job summary

CopilotKit is assembling an early leadership team to build the integration layer between CopilotKit and AG-UI, shaping how agentic AI surfaces connect with user-facing applications. You will work with premier AI teams at Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, LangChain, Mastra, Pydantic, Agno, and more to deliver production-grade SDKs used by thousands of developers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building integrations, SDKs, or libraries that connect disparate systems.
• Strong TypeScript expertise (3+ years); Python proficiency is a plus.
• Experience rapidly learning new frameworks and APIs; you have a system for this.
• Comfort working across multiple codebases and languages simultaneously.
• AI-native workflow with demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for exploring APIs and accelerating context-switching.
• Clear communication skills for cross-team/cross-company collaboration.
• High independence and ability to drive projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations with agent frameworks and model providers, including AG-UI protocol adapters.
• Design clean, idiomatic APIs that feel native to each framework while maintaining ecosystem consistency.
• Own full integration lifecycle: research, prototyping, implementation, documentation, and maintenance.
• Work directly with partner teams to coordinate releases, resolve compatibility issues, and influence roadmaps.
• Create comprehensive examples and guides for rapid adoption.
• Monitor ecosystem trends and identify high-value integration opportunities.
