Howard Community College seeks a Senior Integrations Engineer to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade integration solutions. This role offers the opportunity to integrate technology and project leadership while ensuring all integrations are secure and scalable.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and experience in higher-education ERP systems, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive integration strategies.
The Senior Integrations Engineer will collaborate with the Director of Administrative Information Systems to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑grade integration solutions. This role will integrate technology, client engagement, and project leadership, driving SaaS‑centric integration strategies for Howard Community College. The Senior Integrations Engineer will lead technical teams, collaborate with product and platform groups, and ensure that integrations are secure, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes.

As a participating member of the Maryland Retirement and Pension System, HCC offers two retirement options: The Pension, which requires a 7% employee contribution and The ORP, a 403(b) with a 7.25% employer contribution only. Employees in positions that do not require a bachelor's degree must participate in The Pension. Employees that possess a bachelor's degree and hold professional positions that require a bachelor's degree may choose to participate in either The Pension or The ORP.
