3i People, Inc. seeks a Senior Integrations Developer in Charlotte, NC (remote with monthly travel) to design, build, and lead the integration layer across D365 F&O/CE, D365 Commerce, Shopify, and other systems using Azure Integration Services.

You will own technical design, establish patterns, and mentor a team of developers. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in system integrations, 3+ years with Dynamics 365, strong experience with Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management, and a

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
7+ years building system integrations, with 3+ years integrating with Dynamics 365 F&O/CE.
Experience leading or mentoring other developers.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and lead delivery of integration layer across ERP/CRM/commerce.
Establish integration patterns, error handling, monitoring, and reusable components.
Mentor developers and serve as technical escalation for the integration workstream.
Set technical standards for resilient, observable integration code.
