Job summary

Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Integration Platform Administrator in Houston to support and manage complex integration workflows across enterprise systems.

You will troubleshoot, optimize, and secure integration environments, collaborating with developers and business stakeholders. The role requires 5+ years in system administration or platform management, deep knowledge of iPaaS tools like Workato, and strong security practices including OAuth2 and SSO.

• Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
• Demonstrated history of keeping platforms stable, secure, and reliable.
• 5+ years of experience in system administration, integration support, or platform management.
• Hands-on experience administering systems, including setup, configuration, workflows, roles, permissions, and customization.
• Advanced skills with integration platforms such as Workato, including environment management, connections, recipes, callable workflows, error handling, and general platform operations
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, SOAP, and standard integration patterns.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar systems.
• Working knowledge of authentication and security practices, including OAuth2, API keys, SSO, and credential governance.
• Experience partnering with integration developers and cross-functional teams.
• Skilled at reading system logs, recipe logs, and workflow execution data to troubleshoot issues.
• Familiarity with Dev/Test/Prod environment management, release processes, and change control.
• Strong documentation abilities for configurations, workflows, operational guides, and change logs.
• Experience with other iPaaS or workflow automation tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier, etc.).
• Understanding of data governance, audit controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Workato Automation Pro/Expert certifications or similar credentials are a plus.
• Experience supporting system migrations, upgrades, or platform transitions.
