Job summary

Avenue 45 is seeking a Senior Integration Developer for a full-time, hybrid role in Irvine, CA. You will design, build, and optimize enterprise integration solutions connecting disparate systems and data sources, with emphasis on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API-led connectivity.

The role requires 5–8 years of API/integration experience, strong messaging and data‑mapping skills, and hands-on cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in integration development with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform including API design, development and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions across cloud and on‑premise systems.
• Oversee full API lifecycle from design to testing, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Create reusable API assets and connectors to accelerate future development.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to integrate external systems into the architecture.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data flows between systems.
• Define technical requirements and design integration architectures aligned with business needs.
• Mentor IT peers on best practices and coding standards.
• Maintain detailed technical docs and data flow diagrams.
• Stay updated with emerging integration technologies to drive improvements.
