Overview

The Senior Integration Engineer will lead the design and execution of partner integrations, delivering scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions. You will act as the technical liaison for strategic partners, managing projects from scoping to launch while collaborating across product, engineering, sales, and risk teams. This role involves creating reusable playbooks, tools, and processes to accelerate future integrations, while ensuring compliance and localization across multiple markets. You will troubleshoot technical issues, mentor team members, and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions. The position provides a unique opportunity to influence integration strategy, drive partner success, and contribute to long-term organizational growth.

Accountabilities
  • Architect and implement end-to-end integrations with partners, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Manage integration projects, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration for multi-geography rollouts.
  • Diagnose and resolve partner technical issues, escalating to engineering when necessary.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions that accelerate partner onboarding and impact revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams to ensure smooth integration launches.
  • Develop and maintain solution design documents, playbooks, SOWs, test plans, and other reusable integration assets.
  • Serve as a trusted technical partner, building credibility with senior stakeholders through technical fluency and business acumen.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in integration engineering, technical consulting, or implementation, preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations (REST, Webhooks, GraphQL).
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar).
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical issues to both technical and business audiences.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bonus: experience with fintech or SaaS integrations across multiple geographies, including localization, compliance, or payments.
  • Must be US-based, preferably in the Pacific time zone.
