Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in semiconductor engineering or relevant discipline.
• Five years relevant experience with Cu BEOL interconnects.
• Experience in W2W or D2WHB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive unit process engineers towards achieving defined targets.
• Define process window and resolve excursion through troubleshooting.
• Develop successful processes to demonstrate heterogeneous prototypes.

Data analytical skills

Hands-on experience with cleanroom processes

Experience with semiconductor technologies

Ability to mentor junior engineers
