Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Associate Integration Engineer to join our hybrid team in Atlanta/Chicago, working with AWS, API gateways, and microservices to enable API-led digital transformation for enterprise clients.

You will design, build, test, deploy, and support integration solutions across cloud and on-prem environments, while contributing to architecture discussions and engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design and implementation of integration solutions using microservices and API-led patterns.
• AWS experience including building, deploying, or supporting cloud-based integration solutions.
• Experience with API gateway—designing, configuring, securing, and supporting APIs.
• REST-based service design and implementation using Java/Spring Boot and/or Node.js.
• Hands-on Java to build, deploy, and troubleshoot integration components.
• Experience with integration patterns, service orchestration, API security, logging, and resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Understand client domains and map needs to API-based transformation opportunities.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support integration solutions across cloud and enterprise environments.
• Build reusable templates, boilerplate code, and accelerators for faster delivery.
• Define and apply integration engineering best practices including monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
