Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer with strong experience in cloud-based development (Azure preferred) and Boomi integration workflows. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, proven integration design experience, and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Design and implement integration solutions, including cloud-based systems, APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop detailed technical specifications and design documentation for integration initiatives.
Address non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and observability within designs.
Configure and customize Boomi connectors, components, and processes to meet specific business needs.
Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and accuracy of solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and cross-functional team members.
Align integration designs with Enterprise Architecture standards, proposing enhancements as needed.
Participate in design reviews with Security, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize software deliverables and development practices.
Promote and enforce clean coding practices and maintain code quality standards.
Support production integration systems, quickly diagnosing and resolving issues to maintain high system availability.
Complete all assigned safety and compliance training.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software design and development.
5+ years of experience working within a cloud-based platform (Azure preferred).
Proficiency with Boomi connectors, transformations, and process building for integration workflows.
Demonstrated experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of REST-based API design and implementation.
Experience with Jira and Confluence for Agile project collaboration.
Experience with Epicor Eclipse and companion products preferred.
Proven experience working with multiple database platforms (relational and non-relational), with the ability to articulate the advantages and trade-offs of each.
