Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Integration Developer to design and build scalable integration solutions, intelligent workflows, and AI-powered automation in a cloud environment.

You’ll work with .NET, Azure, and modern AI tools to deliver enterprise-grade integrations and services. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of C#/ .NET experience, strong API and distributed systems background, and familiarity with Agentic AI/LLMs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with C#/ .NET.
• Strong experience building APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Experience with modern cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with AI, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, or intelligent workflow automation.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, messaging technologies, workflow automation, and API management.
• Experience with SQL databases, cloud storage technologies, and modern application architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud-native development is highly desirable.
• Python experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
