Job summary

TriNet, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager to drive the next-generation Integration ecosystem initiative. You will define product strategy, gather requirements, and partner with customers and developers to deliver APIs and integrations within a cloud-based SaaS platform.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product roles and strong experience with integration technologies, identity management, and API ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product roles such as Product Manager, Solution Architect, or Business Analyst
• Experience transforming business requirements into technical solutions that drive value
• Hands-on experience with integration and authentication technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, REST, APIs, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0)

Responsibilities

• Create and refine the vision and strategy for Integration products for partners and clients
• Identify and document product and business requirements from concept to production
• Develop product requirements, determine specifications, build and manage roadmaps with partners
• Drive ROI and competitive differentiation for the Integration Ecosystem and APIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and improve metrics and UX
• Produce public-facing documentation including Integration Guides and FAQs
• Coordinate significant product launches with compliance, marketing, and operations
