Baylor University is seeking a Senior Integration Analyst to support the University’s mission by overseeing the deployment and production support ofnew andexisting integrations, ensuring proper architectural design, delivery, and the sustainment of secure, scalable data integrations across enterprise, cloud, andthird‑partysystems. The role places a strong emphasis on DevOps practices, integration platform operations, and the continuous improvement of deployment, monitoring, andtestingautomation processes. Serving as a key technical partner, this position collaborates with peer integration team members, other IT teams, and business units to ensure reliable data exchange and operational excellence across campus systems while assisting in establishing best practices, integration standards, and an integration playbook for repeatable buildsandpost productionsupportusing AI and the University’s iPaaS tools. This position reports to the Director of Integrations.
ABachelor'sdegree and three years of relevant experience arerequired. AMaster'sdegree, five years ofrelevant workexperience, certifications in DevOpsand knowledge of Boomi iPaaSis preferred.

Integration Platform Operations & DevOps Enablement
Oversee approval gates for deployment, production cutover, and production support ofnew andexisting integrations
Apply and mature DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, monitoring, environment management) across the integration platform
Ensure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of integration runtimes
Continuously improve deployment, monitoring, andtestingautomation processes
Integration Architecture, Design & Delivery Oversight
Ensure integrations align with architectural standards and best practices
Guide design decisions for enterprise, cloud, andthird‑partyintegrations
Support complex integration scenarios and production issue resolution
Validate secure and scalable integration implementations
Production Support, Research & Continuous Improvement
Monitor production integrations and schedules to ensure operational stability and performance
Respond to andassistin the resolution of integration issues affecting production environments
Conduct ongoing research and development to stay current with emerging integration technologies, DevOps practices,AI‑enabledtools, security standards, and industry best practices
Evaluate new features and platform capabilities to ensure integrationsremainadaptable, scalable, and aligned with evolving University needs
Identify and recommend improvements to integration architecture, tooling, and processes based on
research findings and operational observations
Identify automation practices to assist with regression testingfor production cutover and support
Standards, Best Practices & Integration Playbook Development
Serve as the primary reviewer and approval gate for integrations, ensuring alignment with established integration standards, approved architectural patterns, deployment requirements, and platform best practices.
Develop and maintain an integration playbook forproduction support and repeatablefuturebuilds

Discoverability & Integration Documentation
Create interactive detailed map of Integration landscape
Inventory, document, and maintain visibility into existing integrations across enterprise, cloud, and

The budgeted salary or hourly range that the Universityreasonably expectsto pay for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. The full salary range forthis positionclassification is $61,883.47 - $102,107.73.
