Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Manager, Integrated Planning to lead end-to-end planning and scheduling across multiple facilities. You will drive service levels and costs, partnering with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quality while managing a team of planners, buyers, and schedulers.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, and strong execution in a hybrid environment with cross-functional collaboration and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years in supply chain management with planning in manufacturing.
• Minimum 4 years in leadership within regional or global planning.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred.
• Experience with SAP PP/DS and APS tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning and scheduling across facilities.
• Lead tactical procurement and sourcing.
• Contribute to S&OP alignment of plans and forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize safety stock.
• Develop and mentor planning and scheduling teams.
• Leverage data and dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Identify process improvements and lean tools.
