Radiance Technologies in Huntsville, AL seeks an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to support Army Programs of Record. You will develop, maintain, and analyze IMSs, coordinating across government and contractor teams to ensure schedule realism and alignment with acquisition objectives.

The role requires strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and MS Office, 5 years of scheduling experience, and U.S. citizenship with TS clearance and SCI eligibility. Telework is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules.
• Experience integrating multiple related schedules (contractor, vendor, Government).
• Experience performing schedule analysis including critical-path and risk.
• U.S. citizenship with TS clearance and SCI eligibility.
• 5 years of relevant scheduling experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, update, and analyze IMS for Army Programs of Record.
• Build detailed schedules in Microsoft Project with WBS, milestones, logic, and resources.
• Integrate schedules across Government, primes, subcontractors, vendors, and testers.
• Identify dependencies, critical paths, risks, conflicts; provide schedule analysis for decisions.
• Coordinate with PM, engineering, logistics, test, cybersecurity, contracting, finance, and fielding teams.
• Prepare schedule status reports, dashboards, and briefings.
• Ensure traceability to requirements and acquisition events.
