Job summary

Peraton requires a Systems Administrator to support the SITEC-3 EOM contract at MacDill AFB, Florida. The Integrated Master Scheduler will develop, baselined, and maintain complex IMS schedules for large-scale IT initiatives across classified and unclassified networks, coordinating with PMs, Network Engineers, and government stakeholders.

The role emphasizes schedule risk assessments, tracking dependencies, and producing executive briefings and dashboards to enable mission success in a 24x7

Qualifications

• DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience with DoW 8140 Work Role Code 802.
• Advanced Microsoft Project Professional & Project Server skills.
• Familiarity with Agile scheduling methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Development & Maintenance: Build and maintain multiple Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project/Project Server.
• Critical Path Analysis: Identify critical paths and dependencies across deployments.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with PMs, Engineers, Cybersecurity, and Government stakeholders.
• Risk & Variance Management: Conduct Schedule Risk Assessments and mitigation planning.
• Reporting & Briefings: Produce weekly/monthly schedule performance reports and dashboards.
• Resource Management: Load and level resources across multiple concurrent IT projects.
