Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support Engineer (Level 4) in Northridge, CA. The role focuses on performing ILS activities from concept through post-production, serving as the program's Product Support/Sustainability POC, and developing maintenance and provisioning plans.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in LSA, LORA, data analysis, and familiarity with MIL-STD standards. US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret DoD clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field with 8+ years of engineering experience or 6+ years with a Master’s; or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), reliability, maintainability or related logistics discipline
• Experience in developing/generating logistics supportability analyses
• Experience in Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
• Knowledge of data/trend analysis or databases for logistics/inventory
• Familiar with military maintenance and sustainment support
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder interface skills
• U.S. citizen able to obtain Secret DoD security clearance

Responsibilities

• Perform ILS engineering activities across lifecycle stages from concept to post-production
• Serve as Product Support/Sustainability POC for programs and integrate with teams
• Support logistics design influence efforts to meet system requirements
• Analyze technical data to develop logistics information
• Create/update reports like task analysis, maintenance plans, provisioning reports
• Develop/update Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
• Develop maintenance concepts for mission readiness and affordability
• Prepare Technical Publications/training materials
• Plan/execute activities to sustain operation and maintenance of systems
• Conduct logistics analysis using engineering data and tools
• Perform Human Factors analysis on maintenance and operation activities
• Develop/update Packaging, Handling, Shipping & Transportation plans and demilitarization plans
