Qualifications

• J.D. with at least 10 years of attorney experience.
• Admitted to practice in the State of New York.
• Strong research and writing skills; sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day intake operations for complaints regarding prosecutorial misconduct.
• Lead and supervise the Intake Unit, including attorneys and administrative staff.
• Develop policies to improve intake evaluation, performance, and efficiency.
