Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to apply AI and data-driven insights to design and troubleshoot complex systems.
• 12+ years in enterprise software implementation or architecture.
• 4+ years hands-on Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementation (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
• Strong expertise in Gosu, Java, or similar OO languages, plus REST/SOAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution and technical architecture for InsuranceSuite programs in LATAM from inception to go-live.
• Translate business requirements into scalable configurations, integrations, data, and cloud operations.
• Own critical design decisions and ensure alignment with Guidewire best practices and reference architectures.
• Review and mentor on detailed technical designs, configurations, and integration specs.
