Job summary

ClearLync LLC is seeking a Senior InsuranceNow Developer in Denver to design, customize, and integrate InsuranceNow solutions across complex P&C workflows. You will work with stakeholders, project managers, QA teams, and other developers to deliver scalable, quality software on the Guidewire platform.

The role requires hands-on development with InsuranceNow, strong Java/XML skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving. A Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering and related field is expected.

• 3+ years hands-on development with Guidewire InsuranceNow.
• InsuranceNow certification is a plus.
• Experience configuring, customizing, and integrating InsuranceNow.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement InsuranceNow solutions.
• Configure and customize InsuranceNow workflows and business processes.
• Integrate InsuranceNow with external applications and third-party systems.
• Develop and support InsuranceNow APIs and data integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, QA, and developers to deliver projects.
• Translate business/technical requirements into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
• Maintain high-quality deliverables with testing and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on development experience with Guidewire InsuranceNow
• InsuranceNow certification is a plus
• Experience configuring, customizing, and integrating InsuranceNow
• Proficiency in Java and XML
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance processes and systems
• Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations
• Experience with the InsuranceNow API framework and data model
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
