Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant consulting or Life Insurance experience.
• Familiarity with insurance operations and technology components.
• Demonstrated success using modern tooling (SQL, Python).
• Experience with insurance topics such as underwriting, risk, and finance.
• Strong mathematical background and understanding of insurance products.
• Track record of leading teams and delivering under tight deadlines.
• Strong strategic problem solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top program.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of project workstreams across client engagements.
• Synthesize findings into written presentations and share with clients.
• Support Partner group in project delivery with accurate, high-quality work.
