Job summary

TRICOR Insurance is seeking an experienced Insurance Placement Specialist to join our Commercial Insurance team. You will partner with Producers, market accounts, and negotiate with carriers to secure competitive solutions that drive client and agency success.

This role requires a licensed Commercial Lines professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and values collaboration, accuracy, and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Licensed Commercial Lines professional or eligible for licensure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with carriers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal sales producers to receive client information and requirements.
• Work with insurance carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes and negotiate terms.
• Manage proposal preparation, documentation, and carrier follow-up processes.
• Maintain accurate records in insurance systems and ensure timely data entry.
• Support internal teams with questions and issue resolution.
