• Requires minimal managerial oversight from the Managing Trial Attorney and NTD leadership.
• Adept at using technology and collaborating with support staff for efficient case management.
• Keeps abreast of changes in law, technology, and local procedures affecting liability and recovery strategies.
• Provides sound opinions on case valuations and maintains client communication.
• Mentors junior attorneys and staff, modeling engagement and teamwork.
