Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience (8–10+ preferred).
• Active Texas bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense litigation from inception through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions and handle written discovery.
• Prepare for hearings and support trial preparation and exhibit organization.
• Develop case strategy with client and carrier, including budget and settlement posture.
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
