• Active Pennsylvania law license.
• Substantial insurance defense litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage complex matters with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage insurance defense matters from inception through resolution, including higher-value and complex litigation.
• Develop case strategy, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery; conduct and defend depositions.
• Handle court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trial preparation.
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers, claims professionals, and corporate clients.
