This hybrid role balances autonomy with strong team collaboration and flexible scheduling to support a sustainable workload.

You will develop case strategy, draft pleadings and motions, conduct depositions, participate in hearings and mediations, and keep clients informed with clear evaluations and updates, leveraging

Formación

• Active New Mexico Bar license in good standing.
• 7+ years of attorney experience.
• 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Strong litigation, legal writing, research, and case management skills.
• Excellent judgment and client communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid Albuquerque environment.
• Deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage insurance defense litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.
• Develop case strategy and provide practical, results-focused recommendations to clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and other proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide clear case evaluations, status updates, and strategic guidance.
• Manage deadlines, discovery, experts, and litigation strategy across an active caseload.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support professionals on complex matters.
• Assist with trial preparation and handle courtroom responsibilities appropriate to your experience.
