• Candidates will provide coverage opinions concerning bad faith claims, DISCLAIMERS of coverage, coverage allocation, and policy interpretation, and will litigate extra-contractual and bad faith claims.
• Lewis Brisbois' Insurance Coverage Practice is dedicated to interpreting various contracts and representing insurers in complex coverage claims.
• The practice's scope of representation encompasses monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in state and federal courts nationwide.
• The firm's clients include primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, managing general agents, insurance brokers and agents, and independent adjustment companies.
• This position is designed for a hybrid work arrangement.
