• Advise on claims handling, loss mitigation, and regulatory risk exposure

• Negotiate on behalf of carriers in mediations, arbitrations, and settlements

• Serve as the point of contact for adjusters, insureds, and TPAs

• Manage outside counsel and supervise litigation timelines and deliverables

• Stay abreast of developments in New York insurance law and federal regulations
