Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of direct Insurance Coverage and/or Insurance Defense Litigation experience.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drafting coverage opinions and dispositive motions.
• Conducting and defending depositions (party and expert).
• Preparing for and assisting in trial.
• Managing client relationships and case strategy.
