Job summary

Ameriprise Financial in Minneapolis is seeking a Case Manager for the Insurance New Business team. You will serve as the first point of contact for pending policies, handling status updates, requests, and service issues via phone and chat in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Remote work is considered for qualified candidates; applicants must be willing to keep business hours in Eastern, Central or Western time zones.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service with the ability to explain policies clearly.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve root causes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for service issues and process requests.
• Educate advisors and partners on policies and procedures; support self-service.
• Provide information to clients and advisors; coordinate with internal partners.
• Process complex service transactions and ensure timely completion.
• Interact with advisors and partners via phone and chat; document information accurately.
• Train peers on procedures and identify process improvements.
