EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Life Insurance-focused engagement teams, delivering architecture-driven transformations and technology modernization. You will help clients reimagine their platforms, drive target-state architectures, and guide modern PAS implementations.

You’ll work across policy administration, underwriting and claims, collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions while building expertise in cloud platforms and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with 6+ years in consulting/architecture/technology.
• Experience across Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits (3+ years).
• Experience delivering architecture artifacts for large-scale transformations.
• Knowledge of architecture patterns, APIs, middleware, and cloud-native solutions.
• Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models and clients/vendors.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver solution architectures for Life & Group Insurance transformations.
• Develop architecture artifacts, designs, and specifications across policy administration, underwriting, claims, servicing, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Contribute to target-state roadmaps and modernization strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and support option assessments, including tech recommendations.
