Job summary

Colonial Group seeks an experienced professional to act as an agent for producer accounts, servicing and soliciting opportunities while managing a growing book of business. You will lead a service team, develop client relationships, and drive cross-sell activity across multiple lines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of related experience, and a valid insurance license with ongoing CE requirements. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License.
• Must meet continuing education requirements for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Manages client services and maintains client relationships with minimal input from Producers.
• Directs service team and manages a mid-market book of business.
• Receives and develops new business leads and cross-sell opportunities.
• Serves as main contact for clients from lead stage to renewal.
• Leads client renewal analyses and proposals.
• Negotiates with carriers and reviews contracts for accuracy.
• Manages vendor relationships and dedicated service teams.
